Job Description:
We are seeking a highly skilled IAM Expert to lead the design, implementation, and optimization of our identity and access management systems. In this role, you will be responsible for architecting solutions that ensure secure, efficient, and scalable management of identities and permissions across complex environments. The ideal candidate will have deep expertise in IAM technologies and best practices, as well as experience in aligning IAM strategies with business needs.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead the design, deployment, and management of IAM solutions to meet business requirements and security best practices.
- Architect and implement scalable identity governance, provisioning, and authentication solutions across cloud and on-premise environments.
- Evaluate and integrate IAM tools and platforms such as Okta, Azure AD, AWS IAM, and others to ensure seamless user and system access.
- Conduct risk assessments, identify gaps in current IAM infrastructure, and provide recommendations for improvements.
- Develop and enforce policies for role-based access control (RBAC), multi-factor authentication (MFA), and least privilege access.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams (IT, security, development, etc.) to ensure IAM solutions are aligned with business objectives.
- Provide expert-level troubleshooting and support for complex IAM issues.
- Ensure compliance with regulatory standards (e.g., GDPR, HIPAA, SOX) and internal security policies.
- Stay updated on IAM industry trends, security threats, and new technologies to continuously improve IAM strategies.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s or master’s degree in computer science, Information Security, or a related field.
- 2 to 20 years of experience in identity and access management, with expertise in implementing and managing IAM solutions.
- Strong knowledge of IAM tools and platforms (e.g., Okta, SailPoint, Ping Identity, Azure AD, AWS IAM).
- Expertise in authentication protocols (e.g., SAML, OAuth, OpenID Connect, LDAP, Kerberos).
- Experience with role-based access control (RBAC), multi-factor authentication (MFA), and identity governance solutions.
- Familiarity with cloud-based environments and securing cloud services (AWS, Azure, GCP).
- Proven ability to lead projects and work collaboratively with cross-functional teams.
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
- Relevant certifications (e.g., CISSP, CISM, CISA, or certifications in specific IAM tools) are highly desirable.
